Terms of Use
SlotAff publishes research about licensed gambling operators. Using the site means accepting what follows. It is written to be read, not to be scrolled past.
Who we are
This site is operated by Slotaff LTD, Anton P. Chehov St 2, 1113 Sofia, Bulgaria. Contact is by email: info@slotaff.com. These terms are an agreement between you and Slotaff LTD.
What this site is
We check what an operator claims against the public register of the country it serves, and against the operator’s own published pages. Every data point we publish carries the address it came from and the date we saw it.
We are not a gambling operator. We take no deposits, we run no games, and we hold no money on anyone’s behalf. If you have a dispute about a payout, it is between you and the operator, and the regulator that licensed them.
What our research is not
- Not advice. Nothing here recommends that you gamble, or where. We publish records; what you do with them is yours to decide.
- Not a guarantee. A register entry is true as of the date beside it. An operator’s licence, terms and payment methods can change the day after we look. Check the source link before you rely on anything.
- Not complete. Where we have found nothing, the field is empty. An empty field means we have not verified it, never that the answer is zero.
Money and independence
We hold commercial arrangements with some of the operators we cover, and where that is the case it is disclosed. It does not buy coverage, position, or silence. An operator we have an arrangement with is assessed against the same register evidence as any other, and its licence problems, fines and player complaints are published the same way. We do not sell placement to unlicensed operators, or to operators under enforcement action, at any price.
Your account
You must be 18 or older. Use one account, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has it. Your display name is public; your email address is not.
What you submit
You keep ownership of what you write. By submitting it you give us permission to publish it on this site, to edit it for length or to remove personal details, and to keep it while your account exists. Delete your account and your published text goes with it.
You are telling us, when you submit, that:
- it happened to you, and it is honest;
- you are not being paid by anyone to write it;
- it does not contain another person’s personal details, and any evidence you attach has had card numbers, addresses and identity documents covered;
- you have the right to share any file you upload.
The Community Guidelines set out what we publish and what we do not.
Moderation
Everything is reviewed by a person before it appears. We can decline, ask you to revise, or remove something later, and we will say which. A decision is recorded against the moderator who made it, so it can be questioned. If you think we got it wrong, write to info@slotaff.com.
We remove submissions that are invented, paid for, aimed at a person rather than a service, or that publish someone’s private information. Repeatedly doing any of that ends the account.
Operators
If you operate a site we cover and believe something we publish is wrong, write to us with the source that shows it. We correct errors of fact and we say when we have. We do not remove accurate register records, and we do not remove player reports because they are unflattering.
Availability and liability
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. We are not liable for losses arising from gambling, from an operator’s conduct, or from a decision you make after reading something here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed, and material changes will be flagged on the site rather than made quietly.
