What to write

• Something we publish is wrong ,
  Tell us what, and link the source that shows it. Errors of fact get corrected, and we say when we have.
• See or delete your data ,
  Access, correction, deletion, restriction, we answer within one month. See the Privacy Policy for what we hold.
• You uploaded something you should not have ,
  Say which report it belongs to. We delete the file and confirm.
• Press and research enquiries ,
  Our data on licence churn and withdrawal times is citable with attribution.

If you are an operator

Corrections, responding to a player report, or a commercial conversation, the terms of all three are on their own page, so nobody has to ask what is for sale here. For operators.

What we do not do by email

We cannot recover casino accounts, chase a withdrawal on your behalf, or intervene in a dispute with an operator, we are a research site, not a party to your account. For a dispute, use the operator’s complaints procedure and then the regulator that licensed them; the licence section of each profile names it.
