Apple Pay is a fast, well-protected way to deposit and, at nearly every casino, not a way to withdraw at all. These 54 operators list it on their own banking page.
That asymmetry is the whole story of this method, and it is worth understanding before you fund an account with it rather than after.

Deposit-only, and what happens at withdrawal
Apple Pay is a wrapper around a card, not a payment account of its own. It passes a device-specific token to the merchant instead of your card number, which is genuinely better for security — the casino never holds your real card details. But the rails only run one way: there is no mechanism for a merchant to push money back into Apple Pay.
So the withdrawal goes somewhere else. In practice that means the underlying card, if the operator can identify and refund it, or a bank transfer, which needs its own verification and takes longer. Some operators handle this smoothly; others make you register a separate method and verify it before your first cash-out, which is a poor moment to discover the requirement.
Because the underlying instrument is a card, the card rules still apply — including the UK's credit-card gambling ban. Apple Pay backed by a credit card is still a credit card as far as a UK-licensed operator is concerned.
Identity checks happen before the first withdrawal, not before the first deposit. Expect to send photo ID, proof of address and sometimes proof that the payment instrument is yours. A licensed operator must do this; one that pays out without ever asking is not being generous.
What to check before you deposit
- Plan the exit first. Apple Pay cannot receive a withdrawal. Know which method the operator will pay you through before you deposit.
- The card underneath. Fees, blocks and the UK credit-card ban apply to the card in the wallet, not to Apple Pay as such.
- Device and region. Availability depends on your card issuer and country as much as on the casino.
- Verification before cash-out. A separately registered withdrawal method usually needs its own proof of ownership.
- Deposit limits. Often lower for wallet payments than for bank transfer; set in the operator's banking terms.
- Licence and market. Whether they are licensed where you live, which decides your complaints route.
How this list is built
Every operator here appears because we read apple pay on their own banking or payments page and recorded the date. Not from an advert, not from an affiliate feed, and not from another comparison site. Where we could verify the licence against the regulator’s own public register, the profile says which regulator and when we last checked.
Availability can still differ from what a banking page says: payment methods are decided at checkout by country, by currency and sometimes by whether you are paying in or out. The page linked from each row is the operator’s own, which is the only place that answer is authoritative.
There is no ordering by quality here and no operator can buy a position. The list order reflects how much verified evidence each profile carries, and nothing else.
Questions about apple pay
- Can I withdraw to Apple Pay?
- Effectively never. Apple Pay is a deposit rail; there is no path for a merchant to push funds back into it. The operator will pay you to the underlying card or to a bank account instead.
- Is Apple Pay safer than entering my card?
- For data exposure, yes — the casino receives a device token rather than your card number, so a breach at their end does not expose the card. It does not make the operator itself any more likely to pay you.
- Does the UK credit-card ban apply to Apple Pay?
- Yes. What matters is the card in the wallet. A UK-licensed operator will accept Apple Pay backed by a debit card and refuse it backed by a credit card.
- Why is Apple Pay not showing at checkout?
- Usually the card issuer or the country rather than the casino. Some issuers do not enable Apple Pay for gambling merchants even where the casino supports it.
- Are Apple Pay deposits instant?
- Yes in nearly all cases, and the casino rarely charges for them. The waiting happens on the way out, through whichever method the operator uses to pay you.
- How do you know these casinos take Apple Pay?
- We read it from their own banking page and record the date. Whether it appears for you depends on your device, issuer and country, which is decided at checkout.
Safer gambling
18+ only. A payment method changes how money moves, not the odds of any game, and no deposit route makes a losing bet less likely. Every licensed operator must offer deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion; most banks now offer a gambling block on the card itself, which is the one control the operator cannot override. In the UK, free and confidential help is available from GamCare and BeGambleAware.
