What makes a report useful

Before you attach a screenshot

Cover anything that is not needed to show what happened: card numbers, your address, your date of birth, identity documents. Your name and the transaction reference are usually enough. We strip location data out of photographs automatically, but nothing we do can black out what is written on the page, that part is yours.

What we will not publish

How moderation works

A person reads every submission before it appears. They can approve it, ask you to revise it, ask for evidence, remove personal details, or decline it, and you are told which. Each decision is recorded against the moderator who made it, so it can be questioned rather than taken on trust.

Approving a review means “this may be published”. It never means “we have confirmed this is true”. Where we have confirmed something, we say so separately and show where it came from.

If a decision looks wrong to you, write to info@slotaff.com and say so. We would rather be corrected than consistent.

If you work for an operator

You are welcome to respond to a report about your service, under your own name, saying so. What we will not accept is staff or agencies posting as players. That is the one thing that would make every other review here worth nothing.

One more thing

Most people write a review when something goes wrong, which is fair, but a payout that arrived exactly when it was promised is also information, and almost nobody reports it. If yours went fine, saying so is genuinely useful.
