For Operators
If we cover your brand, this page is how you reach us, and, before anything else, what is and is not on the table. It is public on purpose: a promise of independence made privately to operators would be worth nothing.
Get an error corrected, free, always
If a licence status, payment method or offer term we publish is wrong, write to info@slotaff.com with “Operator correction” in the subject, the profile URL, and the source that shows the correct fact, a register entry or a page on your own domain. We verify against the source, correct errors of fact, and note the correction. This costs nothing and never will: accuracy is not a service we sell back to the people we cover.
Respond to a player report
You can reply to a review or withdrawal report about your service, under your company name, marked as the operator’s response, published next to the report it answers. What we do not accept is staff or agencies posting as players; that ends the conversation and we say publicly why.
Commercial arrangements
We work with some operators commercially. Every such arrangement runs on three conditions, none negotiable:
- It is disclosed. Wherever a commercial relationship exists, the page says so.
- It buys no coverage. Not position, not tone, not silence. Your licence problems, fines and player complaints are published exactly as anyone else’s, for exactly as long as the record supports them.
- Some things are not for sale at any price: placement for unlicensed operators, placement for operators under enforcement action, removal of accurate register records, or removal of player reports because they are unflattering.
If that is acceptable, write to info@slotaff.com with “Operator application” in the subject. Include the licence you operate under and the markets you serve; we check the register before we reply.
