External Reputation Signal · Trustpilot / communityExternal review signal: high concernTrustpilot 2/5 (31 reviews) · Poor player score - caution
Caution: Totosi (Italy) scores 2.0 out of 5 on Trustpilot (31 reviews, 84% one-star). The pattern is promised bonuses never credited and rigged-feel play with dead-end support. Screenshot promo emails and bonus terms, verify early, keep wins modest, withdraw promptly, and escalate to the Italian regulator (ADM).
External reputation signal from third-party player reviews — not a SlotAff safety verdict, Trust score or licence assessment. Player claims are reports, not verified facts.
Common complaints
- Promo bonuses emailed then never credited, vague 'irregularities' excuse
- Rigged-feel: slots 'fixed/piloted', poor payout rates
- Copy-paste 'ghost-like' support that doesn't investigate
Fair points
- Fast, secure PayPal withdrawals for some
- Sportsbook seen as serious by a few

A gap here is a gap in our research, not a finding about the operator. We publish a fact only when a source we can name supports it, and we say so plainly when one does not exist.
