External Reputation Signal · Trustpilot / communityExternal review signal: high concernTrustpilot 1.8/5 (20 reviews) · Poor player score, small sample - caution
Caution: Spilhuset (Denmark) scores 1.8 out of 5 on Trustpilot (small sample of 20 reviews, 75% one-star). The pattern is rigged-feel play and reduced payouts on winning bets. Small sample: screenshot bet settlements, verify early, keep wins modest, withdraw promptly, and escalate a reduced legitimate payout to the Danish regulator (Spillemyndigheden).
External reputation signal from third-party player reviews — not a SlotAff safety verdict, Trust score or licence assessment. Player claims are reports, not verified facts.
Common complaints
- Rigged-feel: 'virtually impossible to win', house-favouring odds
- Winning bet payouts reduced, favourable odds restricted - called 'a massive scam'
- Unresponsive support, delays on live bets, rude staff at venues
Fair points
- Funds within 48h for some
- Long opening hours for pickup

A gap here is a gap in our research, not a finding about the operator. We publish a fact only when a source we can name supports it, and we say so plainly when one does not exist.
