External Reputation Signal · Trustpilot / communityExternal review signal: high concernTrustpilot 1.7/5 (41 reviews) · Poor player score - caution
Caution: Net88 (UK) scores 1.7 out of 5 on Trustpilot (41 reviews, 78% one-star). The pattern is withdrawals buried under endless escalating verification used to withhold winnings. Verify fully and early in one go, keep records, keep wins modest, and escalate a withheld payout to the UKGC/IBAS.
External reputation signal from third-party player reviews — not a SlotAff safety verdict, Trust score or licence assessment. Player claims are reports, not verified facts.
Common complaints
- Endless escalating document requests at withdrawal ('give one thing, they ask another')
- Excessive verification used to withhold winnings ('hold your deposit hostage until you give up')
- Accounts marked verified then hit with fresh document demands
Fair points
- Smooth withdrawal when docs cooperate
- Early-development platform shows potential

A gap here is a gap in our research, not a finding about the operator. We publish a fact only when a source we can name supports it, and we say so plainly when one does not exist.
