What players report
External Reputation Signal · Trustpilot / communityExternal review signal: high concernTrustpilot 2.4/5 (15 reviews) · Poor player score, small sample - caution
Caution: Flax Casino (Sweden) scores 2.4 out of 5 on Trustpilot (small sample of 15 reviews, 80% one-star). The pattern is rigged-feel play and support that threatens account termination over criticism. Small sample: verify early, keep wins modest, withdraw promptly, and escalate to the Swedish regulator (Spelinspektionen).
External reputation signal from third-party player reviews — not a SlotAff safety verdict, Trust score or licence assessment. Player claims are reports, not verified facts.

A gap here is a gap in our research, not a finding about the operator. We publish a fact only when a source we can name supports it, and we say so plainly when one does not exist.
