What players report
External Reputation Signal · Trustpilot / communityExternal review signal: high concernTrustpilot 1.2/5 (912 reviews) · Very poor player score - caution
Caution: DraftKings scores 1.2 out of 5 on Trustpilot (912 reviews, 92% one-star) despite being a major US operator. The pattern is account freezes and withdrawals held indefinitely, with rigged-feel casino complaints. Verify early, keep wins modest, withdraw promptly, and escalate withheld funds to your US state regulator.
External reputation signal from third-party player reviews — not a SlotAff safety verdict, Trust score or licence assessment. Player claims are reports, not verified facts.

- Sudden account freezes with excessive verification, unhelpful support
- Withdrawal cancellations, funds held indefinitely without clear reason
- Rigged-feel: losses intensify after initial wins or when bets increase

A gap here is a gap in our research, not a finding about the operator. We publish a fact only when a source we can name supports it, and we say so plainly when one does not exist.
