What players report
External Reputation Signal · Trustpilot / communityExternal review signal: high concernTrustpilot 1.8/5 (157 reviews) · Poor player score - caution
Caution: Betpassion (Italy) scores 1.8 out of 5 on Trustpilot (157 reviews, 76% one-star). The pattern is winnings held in limbo and accounts suspended on vague grounds. Screenshot bet settlements, verify early, keep wins modest, withdraw promptly, and escalate a held payout to the Italian regulator (ADM).
External reputation signal from third-party player reviews — not a SlotAff safety verdict, Trust score or licence assessment. Player claims are reports, not verified facts.
Common complaints
- Winnings stuck in withdrawal limbo (3-day holds), heavy documentation demands
- Sudden account suspensions (e.g. 'opposite betting') with 180-day resolution threats
- Rigged-feel: slots fail to pay, app freezes, payout fairness doubted
Fair points
- Free daily play convertible to real money
- Competitive sports odds with reliable settlement for some

A gap here is a gap in our research, not a finding about the operator. We publish a fact only when a source we can name supports it, and we say so plainly when one does not exist.
