What players report
External Reputation Signal · Trustpilot / communityExternal review signal: high concernTrustpilot 1.2/5 (1966 reviews) · Very poor player score - caution
Caution: BetMGM scores 1.2 out of 5 on Trustpilot (1,966 reviews, 93% one-star) despite the major US brand. The pattern is bonus/withdrawal traps and rigged-feel play with dead-end support. Verify early, read bonus terms, keep wins modest, withdraw promptly, and escalate withheld funds to your US state regulator.
External reputation signal from third-party player reviews — not a SlotAff safety verdict, Trust score or licence assessment. Player claims are reports, not verified facts.
Common complaints
- Bonuses stuck in loops, undisclosed deposit requirements, winnings hard to access
- Conflicting support info, account closures without explanation, unresponsive
- Rigged-feel: consistent losses, odds manipulation and poker-collusion claims
Fair points
- Minimal - 3% five-star
- Recognisable US brand

A gap here is a gap in our research, not a finding about the operator. We publish a fact only when a source we can name supports it, and we say so plainly when one does not exist.
